Put AI into production where it is needed most: at Swiss companies

Large corporations have entire AI teams. Companies in the Jura Arc have hours to gain and no one to build for them. We are looking for an AI software engineer to build alongside us.

The position, in detail

Your missions

Build AI agents that actually work. You design, develop, and deploy AI agents in production for our clients: from the scoping workshop to running code, with results measured in hours saved.

Integrate AI into existing tools. APIs, MCP, databases, automations: you connect models (Claude and other LLMs) to companies’ ERPs, mailboxes, and business files, without breaking what already works.

Industrialize the method. You turn our safeguards (anti-hallucination, GDPR/nLPD, zero invented data) into reusable tooling: skills, system prompts, tests, documentation.

Ship fast, lean websites. High-performance static sites (Astro, self-hosted PocketBase in Switzerland), client dashboards, client portal: you own quality end to end.

Your profile

  • A computer engineering degree (EPF, HES, or equivalent) or equivalent experience demonstrated by real work.
  • Real hands-on LLM practice: advanced prompting, agents, RAG, function calling / MCP. Not just tutorials.
  • Strong in TypeScript and/or Python; comfortable with Git, APIs, and deployment.
  • Rigor with data: you understand why Swiss/EU data protection law rules out certain shortcuts, and you build accordingly.
  • Fluent French, technical English. Valid work permit for Switzerland.
  • A craftsman’s mindset: you measure what you ship, you document it, and you prefer a simple system that works over a demo that impresses.

Don’t check every box but have solid work to show? Write to us anyway: we judge on the work.

What we offer

  • 80–100% · Working rate to be agreed, start as soon as possible.
  • Remote + on the ground · Palambur has no fixed office: you work remotely, with visits to clients across the Jura Arc and regular working sessions in the Neuchâtel Mountains.
  • Direct impact · Small team: your technical choices ship to production at real companies within weeks, not after six months in committee.
  • Cutting-edge tools · Professional AI subscriptions covered (Claude, agentic tools), hardware of your choice, ongoing training budget.
  • Open-source method · You contribute to a method published in the open: your work has a public showcase.
