AI in sales, without exposing your clients or margins

Prepare meetings, follow up and answer tenders in minutes, yes, but never by pasting your client file into a tool without guarantees.

Your reality

Sales director, field rep, key account manager, sales administration: your value lies in what you know about your clients and your prices. Used without a data processing agreement, consumer AI tools expose precisely that capital: client base, negotiated terms, margins.

Banning AI protects nothing: your salespeople already use it for their emails and proposals. The point is to frame it, so it serves the sale without giving away what it knows.

What this costs you
  • Hours lost on follow-ups, meeting notes and quotes written by hand
  • Tenders declined or rushed for lack of time to qualify them
  • Client base and pricing terms pasted into consumer tools, without a data processing agreement
  • Lost deals never analysed, the same mistakes quarter after quarter
The Palambur Method in action

See for yourself

A prompt structured in 5 blocks: Instruction · Role and audience · Data · Constraints · Format. An unframed AI invents; the frame stops it.

In a workshop, we build these prompts for your sales team, with their guardrails: no identifiable client data ever touches a public AI.

F.A.Q.

Foire aux questions

Can I paste my prospect list into a consumer AI tool?

Not without precautions: a prospect list contains personal data under the nLPD. Either anonymise it, or use a tool covered by a data processing agreement.

Can AI write my proposals and tender answers?

It structures, rewords and saves time on the first draft. Prices, commitments and the decision to bid stay in your hands, and every text is proofread before it goes out.

My salespeople already use AI without any framework. Where do we start?

With a review: who uses what, with which data. Then simple rules, and training the team on its own sales cases.

Will AI replace my salespeople?

No. It prepares meetings, drafts first versions and cleans up meeting notes. The relationship, the negotiation and the signature remain human.

Does my sales data stay in Switzerland?

That is the point of our approach: we favour sovereign Swiss or European solutions, with no public model trained on your data.
