AI in cleaning, without exposing your teams or your clients

Pricing a quote, drafting a contract that follows the collective agreement, preparing an audit, yes, but never by pasting payslips or a client’s keys into an AI without safeguards.

Your reality

Office, school and building maintenance, apartment handovers, window cleaning: your files mix schedules, payslips, and your clients’ access and badges. Pasted into a consumer AI without a data-processing agreement, they leave your control; the Swiss data-protection act still holds you responsible.

Your team and your supervisors already use AI to write. The point is not to ban it, but to set what goes into the tool and what never does.

What this costs you
  • Hours lost on quotes priced from memory, then a contract signed below the agreement’s cost
  • Employment contracts copied from an old template that state neither the category nor travel between sites
  • Payslips, schedules and client access pasted into public AIs, beyond any control
  • A letter from the joint commission, and a week to find the documents under pressure
The Palambur Method in action

See for yourself

A prompt structured in 5 blocks: Instruction · Role and audience · Data · Constraints · Format. An unframed AI invents; the frame stops it.

In a workshop, we adapt these prompts to your company, each with its safeguards: no employee data and no client access goes into a public AI.

Prompt Chaptal

Contrat de travail conforme à la CCT du lieu de la prestation

A complete contract, with the category, the average weekly hours and how travel between two sites is handled, which the joint commission finds in order.

Prompt Chaptal

Offre de nettoyage d’entretien · prix reconstitué en heures conventionnelles

A price in which every franc traces back to paid hours, supplements, holidays and joint contribution included, rather than a per-square-metre rate from memory.

Prompt Chaptal

Contrôle de la commission paritaire · le dossier à préparer

Contracts, payslips and time records gathered calmly, with a plan to fix the gaps before the inspector finds them.

30 use cases cover your line of work in the Chaptal catalog, out of 750+ in the corpus · each one states what it produces, what it expects from you, and what it refuses to do.

F.A.Q.

Frequently asked questions

Can I paste a payslip or a contract into an AI to check it?

Not as is. Without a data-processing agreement, what you paste leaves your control. You anonymize first, or you paste nothing; every catalog card repeats this safeguard.

Does the AI know the collective agreement that applies to me?

It structures the approach and asks the right questions, but the applicable agreement depends on where the work is done. You hold the text, the AI helps you apply it, and the decision stays yours.

Are my clients’ keys, badges and access concerned?

Yes. They bind your confidentiality toward the client. One catalog card covers what you may write about them in an AI tool, and what you must never write.

Can AI replace my quality checks on site?

No. It prepares the inspection grid, the sampling and the client report, but your supervisor does the checking on site.

Do I need a large company for this to be worthwhile?

No. A company with a few employees benefits first, because quotes, contracts and payroll rest on few shoulders. The catalog prompts are used as they are, with no technical setup.
